All of Daniel's old suicide pyramids and ladders challenge

Are you not closer to God? Here is a list of Daniel's old INSANE workouts which entail:

These are the craziest HiiTs and if you are getting to accustomed to the TABATA structure of 20/10 then I suggest a pyramid of 10-20-30-40-30-20-10 starjumps
